Most orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days and all orders will get an automated tracking email sent out once the label is generated. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not get one within a couple days.
You must be 21 or older to receive a saké shipment and an adult signature over 21 is required!
UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver the package. If a shipment is returned to us due to anything other than damage, there will be a reshipment fee.
We do have Express shipping available so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to get an excellent express quote for you.
We ship out all packages in 100% recyclable pulp to prevent breakage as well as double walled boxes.
SakéOne currently does not ship alcohol to AL, AZ, AR, DE, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MS, MT, NE, NJ, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI.

By placing an order, the buyer warrants that the wine is only for personal consumption and not for resale. Buyer warrants that he or she is at least 21 years of age and certifies that the shipment will be received and signed by a person at least 21 years of age.
Returns & Replacements
We are happy to assist you! If there are any issues with the sake, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. If your package needs to be rerouted to a UPS Hold Location please let us know prior to the package being sent back after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts and we will put in the hold location reroute request.
If your package was damaged in transit, please let us know and we will be happy to get out a replacement package as soon as possible!
