Ingredients for Mixer (7 Cocktails):
250 grams Strawberries, hulled
60 ml Simple Syrup
15 ml Yuzu Juice

Ingredients for 1 Cocktail:
75 ml Hakutsuru Sayuri Nigori*
50 ml Mixer

Method

Put the strawberries, simple syrup and yuzu juice in a blender and blend until pureed.

Add saké and mixer to a tumbler and stir to combine. Fill the glass with ice to serve.
