Ingredients

3oz Momokawa Diamond sake
.5oz Lime Juice
.5oz Blueberry Syrup
1.5oz Ginger Beer
Blueberries and Mint for Garnish

How to make
  1. In shaker, combine sake, lime juice & syrup with ice and shake.
  2. Add ginger beer and stir gently.
  3. Strain into glass over ice.
  4. Garnish with blueberries.
  5. Kanpai!
