Ingredients
1.5 oz Momokawa Organic Junmai saké1 oz Tombo Shochu
2 oz Coconut Water
.5 oz Coconut Syrup
.25 oz Pomegranate Syrup

Method

Pour all ingredients but the pomegranate syrup into shaker with ice and shake.

Strain into a martini glass.

Layer with pomegranate syrup and serve.
