How to make
  1. Muddle 4 Thai basil leaves in a shaker, then add ice and plum sake.
  2. Shake well and strain over fresh ice.
  3. Top off with soda water and garnish with a Thai basil leaf.

2 pinches of anise seeds

How to make
  1. Add anise seeds and Plum saké to a heatproof vessel. Warm one of two ways: A. In the microwave for approximately 45 seconds, or until thoroughly warmed and infused. B. By placing the vessel into a pot of water on the stove and heating over medium. Water should be at a similar level to the saké. Heat until saké is warm and infused.
  2. Use a fine mesh strainer to strain mixture into a glass.
  3. Stir in the citrus vodka and garnish with a lemon twist.
  4. Kanpai!

  2. Add sake and stir.
  3. Cover and chill for 1-3 hours.
  4. Pour over ice.
