3/4 oz. Canton Ginger Liqueur
3/4 oz. Green Tea Simple Syrup
Muddle with juice of 2 lime wedges and 8-10 mint leaves
Shake and pour into hi-ball glass
Finish with 1.5 oz Sparkling Italian Moscato float
Garnish with candied ginger and lime wedge
