9 drops sakura essence
Ingredients for 1 Cocktail:
60 ml Hakutsuru Sayuri saké*
60 ml soy milk
15 ml sakura syrup

Method

To make the sakura syrup, stir together sakura essence and simple syrup until well combined.

Add saké, soy milk, and sakura syrup to a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously and pour into champagne coupe along with the foam to serve.
