Tangerine Saké Sour

Ingredients

3 Medium Tangerines
2 oz g joy Saké
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1/4 oz Egg White
Splash Lemon Juice
5 drops Orange Bitters
Cherry or Tangerine Slice for Garnish

Method

Juice Tangerines and separate egg whites.

Combine juice, saké, simple syrup, egg white and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake.

Strain the ingredients into a glass.

Drop 5 drops orange bitters along the top of the cocktail.

Garnish with tangerine or cherry.
