Pearl Caramel Iced Chai

Ingredients

1 vanilla chai tea bag
½ cup hot water
2.5 oz Momokawa Pearl
½ tsp Salted Caramel Syrup
Whipped cream for garnish

Method

Brew tea in a cup of hot water.

Let it cool and then pour over ice.

Add saké.

Add Salted Caramel Syrup.

Top with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle.
