Saké Freaker

4 oz. Momokawa Organic Nigori Saké 
1 slice serrano chili 
2 oz. shredded rhubarb 
1 oz. ginger simple syrup

  1. Dice small slice of serrano and add with sake, rhubarb and ginger syrup to shaker with ice

  2. Shake like you're doing a high speed hula and pour into rocks glass

  3. Garnish with ginger or serrano spear
