INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Moonstone Asian Pear Saké
1 oz. Charbay Green Tea Todka
1/2 oz. Monin Ginger Syrup (or fresh)
1 Spear of ginger (optional garnish)
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients into a shaker over ice.
Shake until well blended.
Serve in a high ball glass with a ginger spear.
