Visit Our Oregon Tasting Room

Ready to change your perspective on sake? Willing to explore new worlds, become enlightened and have your expectations altered? Join us for a tour and tasting and you'll find we're not afraid to change things up and surprise even our regular visitors. That's what sake in America is about and this is the place to learn, enjoy and change your perspective.

It is an honor to help you along your sake path and our knowledgeable team take the opportunity personally. Join them in our Forest Grove, Oregon tasting room where you will be immersed in sake information through a guided tour (on the hour at 1, 2 & 3 each day) that will debunk the myths and lay a foundation for a deeper understanding of our age-old beverage. We'll walk you through the sake classifications, key styles, food pairing and ensure you can say "Junmai Ginjo Nigori Genshu" 3 times fast. You'll leave with enough credentials to be the sake expert on your block and ready to host your own sake party as well as know what to order, and what to avoid, when dining out.

You'll have your choice of three tasting flights that will include offerings from our Oregon kura (brewery) as well as our Japanese partners the Murai Family and Yoshinogawa. And, on the third Saturday of each month, we offer Saketini Saturday, an exploration of sake and mixing cocktails. Heresy? Maybe for some but for us it's just another great way to make sake part of every day.
